Agreement Policies
- Reservation & Payment
- A 50% down payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be settled at least 3 days before the event.
- Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the booking, the following terms apply:
- 12 days before the event date – 50% of the down payment is refundable.
- 6 days or less before the event date – the down payment is non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or signed letter) to be considered valid.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Rescheduling is subject to date and space availability.
- Liability
- Kita Spaces is not liable for any loss or damage to unattended personal belongings of guests or organizers.
- Client is financially responsible for any damage to Kita Spaces property caused during the event.
- Technical equipment (e.g., mic, speaker) must be handled with care. Replacement or repair costs will be charged if damaged.
- Decorations and Set-up
- Only minimal decorations are allowed, and must be approved prior to ingress.
- Use of adhesives, nails, or materials that may damage walls, floors, or furniture is strictly prohibited.
